I just wanted to share my personal bible reading plan. One of the main goals is to present a plan you can tailor to your personal desires and track your progress. Many plans can be too large and are difficult to stay on a specific schedule, and can be discouraging if you miss a day. The Bible is large, but if you break it down into manageable parts, it can assist with developing a reading plan to strengthen your relationship with our Lord and enrich your Bible-reading experience. You are welcome to download the Bible reading plan for free by selecting the link below.
The reading plan is based on an average reading rate of about 240 words per minute. It is not necessary to set your reading to a stopwatch. We've done the calculation for you. Just block out 15 minutes during your day to read God’s word. Actually, most reading plans are developed around a 15 to 20-minute reading time. This reading plan differs in that it offers greater measurability by displaying the total number of verses for each day, and greater achievability by visually portraying the days in a matrix format. Each day, on average, is less than 15 minutes. Some days may require up to 17 minutes.
I generally get through God's New Testament 2 to 3 times a year. I like to block out major sections as well to keep the reading in CONTEXT. For example, I may set a 15-minute-a-day schedule to read through the Gospels, and once that reading is complete, develop a 15-minute-a-day plan to read through the books of history in God's Old Testament.
You will be absolutely amazed by how much you will accomplish in just 15 minutes. You may even find an additional 15-minute block to spend time with God in His word throughout your day. We all have busy schedules. It is our prayer you will seek our Lord's counsel and find at least 15 minutes a day to spend time with God in His word.
